Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Antojo Boricua Rewards Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is a loyalty program offered by Antojo Boricua, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or the “Company”) to its customers (“you”, “your”, or “Member”). By participating in the Program, Members agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Program Membership

2.1. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a registered account on the Antojo Boricua website or mobile app. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

2.2. Enrollment

Customers can enroll in the Program by creating an account on the Antojo Boricua website or mobile app. Your participation in the Program is subject to these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional terms or conditions that may be communicated to you in connection with the Program.

3. Earning Points

3.1. Earning Rate

Members will earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made through the Antojo Boricua website or mobile app, excluding taxes, shipping fees, addons, and any other fees or charges. We reserve the right to change the earning rate at any time without prior notice.

3.2. Eligible Purchases

Eligible purchases include all products and services available on the Antojo Boricua website or mobile app, unless otherwise specified. Points will not be awarded for purchases made using gift cards or store credits, or for any other items or services that are excluded from the Program at our sole discretion.

3.3. Point Accrual

Points will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the completion of your eligible purchase. We reserve the right to adjust your point balance in the event of any discrepancies or inaccuracies.

4. Redeeming Points

4.1. Redemption Rate

Members can redeem 1,000 points for a $1 discount on eligible purchases made through the Antojo Boricua website or mobile app. We reserve the right to change the redemption rate at any time without prior notice.

4.2. Minimum Redemption

Members must redeem a minimum of 1,000 points or $1 per transaction. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offers or discounts, unless otherwise specified.

4.3. Expiration

Points earned in the Program will not expire as long as your account remains active. An account is considered active if you make at least one eligible purchase within a 12-month period. Points will be forfeited if your account becomes inactive or is terminated for any reason.

5. General Terms

5.1. Modification & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, these Terms & Conditions, or any individual Member’s participation in the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms & Conditions on the Antojo Boricua website or mobile app.

5.2. Liability

By participating in the Program, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Antojo Boricua and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.

5.3. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of San Juan, Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

5.4. Privacy

By participating in the Program, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Antojo Boricua Privacy Policy, which is available on our website or mobile app. Your personal information will be used for the purpose of administering the Program and providing you with any rewards, benefits, or communications associated with the Program.

5.6. Non-Transferability

Points earned in the Program are non-transferable and have no cash value. Points may only be redeemed by the Member who earned them and cannot be transferred, sold, or otherwise disposed of in any manner.

5.7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes or other fees that may be associated with the receipt or redemption of points or rewards in the Program.

5.8. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary, including but not limited to account termination or point forfeiture, in the event that we suspect fraud, abuse, or any other inappropriate activity in connection with the Program.

5.9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms & Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

5.10. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of our right to enforce such provision or any other provisions of these Terms & Conditions in the future.

6. Additional Program Benefits & Promotions

From time to time, we may offer additional benefits, promotions, or special offers to Members of the Program. These may include, but are not limited to, bonus points, exclusive discounts, or early access to new products or sales. The terms and conditions for any such benefits, promotions, or special offers will be communicated separately and may be subject to additional restrictions or requirements.
