Yes! All bakery items we sell are proven to arrive fresh to all our customers. Most of them ship in a sealed plastic bag to maintain their freshness.

Shipping cost will vary depending on your items selection. You can calculate the shipping cost by adding the products you want to the cart. Then, on the cart page, you can enter your Country, State/Region and Postal Code to calculate the shipping.
Typically, orders are processed in 1-2 business days and delivered in approximately 2-4 business days after being processed and shipped. Before you checkout you will receive an estimated ship date and delivery date.
Yes! On the checkout page you must mark the checkbox at the bottom that says “Ship to a different address?” and enter the information of the person you will like to ship to.
There are several reasons why your order may fail at checkout. First and most common problem is that the credit card is not registered to the same address where the package is being shipped to. If this is the case you must enter the billing information (Credit Card Information) at the top and mark the checkbox at the bottom that says “Ship to a different address?”. Then, at the bottom, enter the information were you want to ship to.
Other common problems are wrong credit card security code (CVC) or insufficient funds.
If your order status is processing, this means that your order is being prepared and it hasn’t shipped yet. Orders typically takes 1-2 business days to ship unless otherwise specified at checkout. If it has been longer than that please email us at [email protected].
