RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within four (4) days of the delivery date as per the United States Postal Service. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We are not responsible for packages stolen or lost from the customer’s property after delivery. Please ensure that the delivery location is secure.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, you have forty eight (48) hours after the delivery of the order (as per the United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number) to email customer service at [email protected]. If a product is defective or damaged a picture of the damaged product and box is required.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges (This doesn’t apply for defective or damaged products.). We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and/or inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least two (2) days to process your return. Refunds may take 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Once your order has shipped, shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please Note

  • A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. (This doesn’t apply for defective or damaged products.)
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
