Antojo Boricua is an online grocery store. Although we ship from San Juan, Puerto Rico we don’t have a physical store for customers.

Yes! All bakery items we sell are proven to arrive fresh to all our customers. Most of them ship in a sealed plastic bag to maintain their freshness.
Shipping cost will vary depending on your items selection. You can calculate the shipping cost by adding the products you want to the cart. Then, on the cart page, you can enter your Country, State/Region and Postal Code to calculate the shipping.
Typically, orders are shipped in 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail which has a transit time average of 3-5 business days. This means that your order will be delivered in approximately 4-7 business days. This applies only to orders WITHOUT products that have a specific ship date. Orders with specific ship date will be delivered in approximately 3-4 business days after the scheduled ship date.
Yes! On the checkout page you must mark the checkbox at the bottom that says “Ship to a different address?” and enter the information of the person you will like to ship to.
There are several reasons why your order may fail at checkout. First and most common problem is that the credit card is not registered to the same address where the package is being shipped to. If this is the case you must enter the billing information (Credit Card Information) at the top and mark the checkbox at the bottom that says “Ship to a different address?”. Then, at the bottom, enter the information were you want to ship to.
Other common problems are wrong credit card security code (CVC) or insufficient funds.
If your order status is processing, this means that your order is being prepared and it hasn’t shipped yet. Orders typically takes 1-2 business days to ship unless otherwise specified at checkout time. If it has been longer than that please email us at [email protected].

Once your order has been shipped your order status will be marked as completed. To track your order click “View” on the order you want to track. Then on the “Tracking Information” section you will find all the tracking numbers that belongs to that order. Click “Track” and you will be redirected to the USPS page to track your package.
